Paediatric Hearing Test

For children with speech and language delay, autism, learning difficulties, suspected learning difficulties or concerns about their responses to sounds or school preparations.

We use age appropriate hearing assessment methods to evaluate hearing sensitivity, speech understanding and middle ear function testing where indicated, helping parents undertsand wehther hearing may be affecting their child's communication and learning.

Assessment may include:

Age-appropriate behavioral hearing assessment

Speech understanding assessment

Middle ear assessment where indicated

Observation of responses to sound

Clinical interpretation and recommendation.
